Love Spells

Love Spells

Love spells can be cast for a variety of reasons, including a desire to meet your soul mate, reuniting with a former lover, or spicing a current relationship up.  Love spells are very controversial, and some people even believe them to be unethical.  It’s often believed that casting a love spell on a specific person would be a way of forcing your will upon him or her, going against fate, and in the long run, causing you bad karma.

Of course everyone has their own opinion on the matter, and while I do advise to use caution if you ever want to attempt a love spell, you should always follow your heart.  To be honest, I have seen a lot of bad karma resulting from a specific person having a love spell cast upon him or her, but I have also seen success.  We each have our own experiences that we must learn from.  And while I recommend only doing general love spells for the purpose of attracting a soul mate instead of trying to make a specific person fall in love with you, if your mind is already set on the latter, then go for it.  If you think that any possible consequence(s) will be worth it, then nothing I can say will stop you.

So how can you do a love spell?  Love spells work best when they come from the heart.  But if you’re not confident with your own spellcasting abilities at this point in time, then here is a powerful love spell that you can try.  You’ll need:

•    One large pink candle and four mini red candles.  Place the pink candle in the middle of your alter, table, or floor (just don’t knock it over!).  Place the red mini candles into each corner of the room—one in each quarter.

•    Light some vanilla incense and place it near a window.

•    Take some rose petals and throw them all around the room.

•    Dress all in white clothing.

•    You’ll also need an athame or a sword (be careful with them!)

This love spell, as with all love spells, are best cast on the Friday nights of either a full moon or a new moon.

After getting everything prepared to conduct a love spell, make sure you either call on the four watchtowers or perform the LBRP.  If you have no idea how to do either, then I recommend you not to cast any spell whatsoever, let alone love spells.

Once you made all of the pre-spell preparations, sit in the middle of the room in front of the pink candle.  Spend a few minutes meditating.  Once you begin to feel some energy surrounding you, began chanting this mantra over and over again: “I call upon the powers of love and passion, Please come from above in a timely fashion.  I shall have the man/woman I desire, deliver him/her to me through earth, water, air, and fire.”

After a few minutes of chanting this, stand up and grab your sword or athame.  Walk around in circles, starting from East, and then South, West, North, and back to East again.  Say “I am now destroying all the blocks that separate me from him/her.”  While walking, visualize all the negative energy that is separating you from him/her being destroyed by your athame/sword.  After a few minutes, you may stop.  Thank the spirits who have heard your plea, and then do a proper banishing.  Again, if you don’t know how to do a proper banishing, it’s best that you don’t attempt to do a love spell.  Leave the candles and incense burning for as long as you can (don’t burn your house down, though!)

The days and weeks after you cast the spell should be spent by you being positive and doing things that make you happy, and that will take your mind off of that person.  Obsession toward a goal hinders the chances of love spells working successfully.  Not only should you do things that make you happy so that your mind will be occupied, but you need to remain as positive and patient as possible.  Love spells usually start happening by 3’s: 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 months.  The more positive your overall feelings are toward the outcome, the faster the love spell will work for you.

Summoning the Spirit Bethor — Two Successes in a Row

Summoning Powerful Spirits and Making Pacts With Them

Just recently, I have summoned the planetary spirit, Bethor, twice. The first time took more planning, and the second time was more of a spontaneous evocation. Both times were met with equal successes. Bethor is one of the Olympic Planetary Spirits mentioned in The Arbatel of Magic, Arbatel De Magia Veterum.

Bethor is also mentioned in the book, “Summoning Spirits” by Konstantinos. He is said to be the “spirit of Jupiter”, and is described as wearing “an azure colored robe”. It’s also mentioned that he is “surrounded by flashes of light, like lightning”.

When I first decided to summon Bethor, my attention was to ask for help with my freelance writing career. I did not plan on asking for money, wealth, or treasure; I only asked for help in business matters.

Before I go any further, I want to warn all novices to the craft that summoning spirits, especially powerful ones, can be dangerous. I know we’re all tempted to dabble at times, but sometimes it’s best not to. Summoning entities from sixteenth century grimiores should only be undertaken after all other options have failed. I don’t want to sound as if I’m preaching, but dabbling in the occult is very serious business.

I don’t have too much room to talk, though. I make no claims to be a ceremonial magician. I can only describe myself as being somewhat of a chaos mage/eclectic witch. I admit that I did not summon Bethor the “old fashioned way”.

I did call upon the quarters before beginning the “ceremony”. After I was satisfied with the circle, I faced toward the East and began the evocation. I meditated over Bethor’s sigil and chanted his name for several minutes. I asked for a sign that he was present, and then the entire room became extremely chilly. I also noticed a sort of blue aura in front of me; his color is azure, after all.

I proceeded to ask him for help with business matters. I’m trying to establish a career as a freelance writer. Unfortunately, up to that point, things weren’t going so well. I asked him for his help, and promised him that I would tell the world about him. I haven’t come across much information concerning Olympic Planetary Spirits. If there is a lot of information out there, I have yet to discover it.

Finally, once I felt confident that the summoning was successful, I asked him for a sign that he was willing to help me. Something told me to “look out of my window”, and I did. There was a strange cat sitting there in my yard looking up at me. I never saw that cat before the summoning. My own cats are very territorial and they usually run other cats off. The cat has since then taken up residence on my porch, and it refuses to go away. It’s only half grown kitten, and my fully grown cats seem to be frightened of it.

It’s because of this strange fear my cats have of the “mystery” cat that led me to summon Bethor once again. One of my cats disappeared for a couple of days. This was very unlike her, and I was extremely worried that something bad had happened to her. I felt guilty in a way, as if I were to blame for the “mystery” cat’s presence. The evocation of Bethor was otherwise successful; immediately after summoning him, I began receiving more writing jobs than ever before. Bethor literally began helping me instantly. Unfortunately, I was too worried and upset about my cat to concentrate on my work.

During a panic mode, I hastily summoned Bethor again. I asked him if he would please “return my kitty” to me instantly. I also took time to thank him for helping me with my previous evocation. I chanted his name and even drew his sigil all over my arm. I asked him with everything I had to bring my kitty back to me. Once again, I felt as if somebody was trying to tell me something. This time, the words “go open the door; she’ll be there this time,” formed in my head. I did just that. She was there.

After two days of her disappearance, she finally showed up during my pleading with Bethor. I was so happy and thankful that I began to cry. I also gave the “mystery” cat some food. As frustrated as I was with it, I knew that my own cat’s stubbornness wasn’t its fault. It’s a skinny little thing, and I feel that it came to me for a reason (well, other than food).

As for my writing career, things are going great now. I’m keeping my promise to Bethor by writing about my personal experiences with him. I’m putting this “manifesto” up for everyone to read. If I ever decide to work with other planetary spirits, I’ll write about my experiences with them as well.

The Goddess

The Goddess

The Goddess surrounds us.
The Goddess is all around us.
She is inside of us
She is beside of us.
We can hear her in the wind, and see her in the stars.
She is the light that shines down upon us; near and far.
She is the sun that gives us warmth on the warm summer days.
She is the eternal fire that will burn always.
She is the waves crashing in the sea..
Neverending. Eternal. She is you. She is me.

Summoning and Working With Dragons

This is a very powerful ritual, and should only be attempted by the most experienced of magicians, witches, and sorcerers. This spell concerns Dragons. This spell is not just about “any ole dragons”, but the most powerful. These are the Dragons of Eternity. These are the Dragons of Time. They exist in all four directions of the world, and are watching down over us always. They have been around since the beginning of time, and always will be. We cannot see them, atleast not with our physical “eyes”, but they are there.

divider

Sometimes they will come closer to us if called. Sometimes.

Only a skilled mage, witch, or sorcerer should call upon them though. They must only be summoned during the most difficult times in which the summoner needs guidance and knowledge. I will outline the proper steps in summoning them, which has been passed down to me. First, the magician must do a proper banishing. The room and the magician must both be cleansed and pure.

divider

The magician must then stand and face the East and light a gold candle. The magician must visualize a magnificent golden dragon, soaring high in the sky with its wings. The magician must get down on one knee as if in prayer and respectfully bow to the Air Dragon. The magician then shall say in a clear voice “I call upon thee, Great Air Dragon. You who watch over this world from the East. You who rule over all throughout eternity.” The magician shall spend a moment visualizing the Great Air Dragon flying closer to Earth, becoming larger and greater by the second. After the magician totally feels the presence of the Great Air Dragon, he or she must then thank the Great Air Dragon for coming.

Next the magician must stand back up, and turn to the South, and light a red candle. The magician will then continue with the same procedure, only this time he or she must call upon the Dragon of Fire. First kneeling, and then say: “I call upon thee, Great Dragon of Fire. You who watch over this world from the South. You who rule over all throughout eternity.” During this, the magician must visualize a Great red dragon standing within flames. The magician shall spend a moment visualizing the Great Dragon of Fire walking closer to Earth, bringing along the fires of the South. After the magician totally feels the presence of the Great Dragon of Fire, he or she must then thank the Great Dragon of Fire for coming.

Next the magician must stand up, and turn to the West, and light a silver or blue candle. Now the magician must call upon the Dragon from the Seas. Visualize a beautiful, silver Dragon emerging from the sea. “I call upon thee, Great Sea Dragon. You who watch over this world from the West. You who rule over all throughout eternity.” The magician shall spend a moment visualizing the Great Sea Dragon coming closer to Earth, upon its waves. After the magician totally feels the presence of the Great Sea Dragon, he or she must then thank the Great Sea Dragon for coming.

divider

The magician must then turn toward the North, light a green candle, and kneel again. This time the magician shall summon the Dragon of the Earth. The magician must visualize the Great Earth Dragon as large and green, and as beautiful as the forest in which it dwells. The magician must say “I call upon thee, Great Earth Dragon. You who watch over this world from the North. You who rule over all throughout eternity.” The magician shall spend a moment visualizing the Great Earth Dragon coming closer, bringing the forests of Earth with it. After the magician totally feels the presence of the Great Earth Dragon, he or she must then thank the Great Earth Dragon for coming.

divider

And now the magician shall rise and face the East once again. The Four Dragons of Eternity have been called upon. They are there with the magician, with all of their glory and power. The magician shall ask the Dragons for help and guidance, but only if the Magician truly needs it. Do not waste their time. It would not be wise to annoy Dragons. If the magician feels deep inside his or her soul that he or she truly needs help, then the magician shall pour his or her heart out to the Dragons. They will listen.

divider

The magician must meditate while the candles burn out. The magician shall then ask the Dragons to depart, only this time starting with the Dragon of Water and ending with the Dragon of fire. The steps must be reversed. Facing each Dragon the magician must say “I ask you, Great Sea Dragon, to take into consideration what I have asked of you as you now depart”. The magician must say that to each Dragon until at last he or she comes back around to the West. The magician shall then properly dispose of the candles, preferably by burying them. A banishing shall lastly be undertaken to rid the area of any negative entites who may have found their way there. The magician must not ever speak of the Dragons to anyone until the results start taking place.
